The role requires planning trials, data analysis, and collaboration with production, QA, and marketing teams to drive market-ready innovations across our agriculture verticals.

Qualifications

• MSc / Ph.D. in Plant Breeding & Genetics, Plant Biotechnology, or related Agricultural Sciences.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Plant Breeder/Scientist in a private seed company.
• Strong knowledge of Plant Breeding and Genetics.
• Expertise in breeding methodologies and varietal development.
• Knowledge of seed release, registration, and commercialization documentation.
• Experience in trial planning, data analysis, and breeding program management.
• Good understanding of seed industry regulations and compliance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
