Job summary

Umanist NA is seeking a Senior SAP SD O2C Process Expert to join the team with 6+ years of SAP SD/O2C experience. Hybrid work mode with global rollout exposure, responsible for end-to-end O2C implementations and cross-functional integration across MM, FI and WM/EWM.

The role involves requirements gathering, process mapping, workshops, data migration, testing, training, and hypercare support. BE/BTech/MCA/MTech are preferred qualifications, with multiple SAP O2C implementations required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on SAP SD and O2C experience.
• Minimum 2+ end-to-end SAP O2C implementations.
• Strong understanding of SAP SD/O2C business processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects.
• Experience with integration to MM, FI and WM/EWM.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a process expert for SAP O2C and support design/implementation of process templates.
• Lead end-to-end SAP O2C implementations and S/4HANA rollout projects.
• Gather and analyse business requirements; recommend process improvements.
• Identify gaps between current processes and standard/template solutions.
• Conduct workshops and training for business users on SAP O2C functionalities.
• Coordinate with functional/technical teams for solution design and implementation.
• Define rollout scope and support adoption of standard templates.
• Support data migration activities including field mapping and transformation rules.
• Validate master and transactional data such as BP, Material Master, Sales Orders, Pricing, Invoices.
• Support testing, UAT, defect management and resolution.
• Participate in cutover planning, go-live and hypercare activities.
• Prepare user manuals and training materials; maintain project deliverables.
• Mentor junior/senior consultants and support competency development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in multicultural environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a process expert for SAP O2C and support the design and implementation of process templates.
• Lead end-to-end SAP O2C implementations and S/4HANA rollout projects.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of relevant hands-on experience in SAP SD and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
• Strong experience in both SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA.
• Minimum 2+ End-to-End SAP O2C Implementations.
• Strong understanding of SAP SD/O2C business processes.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects.
• Good understanding of integration with MM, FI and WM/EWM.
• Experience in business requirement gathering, process mapping, testing, migration and cutover activities.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
