Job summary

Digital Edge Ai in Hyderabad is seeking a Senior SAP PS Consultant to design and configure project-based processes for a multi-entity S/4HANA rollout, supporting project sales, budgeting and cost analysis across cement, manufacturing, and trading operations in Saudi Arabia. The role requires 10+ years of SAP PS, end-to-end S/4HANA implementation, and strong integration with FI/CO, MM and SD.

Familiarity with AI/GenAI tooling for data mapping and test generation is a plus, and bilingual

Qualifications

• 10+ years SAP PS experience with end-to-end S/4HANA implementation.
• Experience in GCC/Saudi Arabia project-driven businesses.
• Strong integration knowledge PS-FI/CO, MM and SD.
• Experience using AI/GenAI tools in migration or data mapping.

Responsibilities

• Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and configure project structures (WBS) and cost planning.
• Configure budgeting, budget workflow, cash management and project procurement.
• Design milestone billing and scheduling with SD integration.
• Configure result analysis and settlement rules for costs and revenues.
• Integrate PS with FI/CO, MM and SD modules.
• Define PS data migration objects and support cleansing/load strategy.
• Apply AI/GenAI tools to accelerate data mapping, test generation and reconciliation.
• Support Clean Core-aligned extension design for PS items.
• Prepare functional specs, SIT/UAT support, and L3 power-user training.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior SAP PS Consultant to design and configure project-based processes for a multi-entity S/4HANA implementation in Saudi Arabia, supporting project sales, budgeting and cost/result analysis across cement, manufacturing and trading operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and configure project structures (WBS) and cost planning.
• Configure budgeting and budget workflow, project cash management, and project procurement processes.
• Design milestone billing and scheduling in coordination with the SD team for project-based sales.
• Configure result analysis and settlement rules for project costs and revenues.
• Integrate PS with FI/CO (cost/revenue posting), MM (project procurement) and SD (milestone billing).
• Define PS-related data migration objects (open projects, WBS elements, budgets, commitments) and support cleansing/load strategy.
• Apply AI/GenAI-based tools to accelerate data mapping, test scenario generation and reconciliation for project-related migration objects.
• Support Clean Core-aligned extension design for any PS-related WRICEF items.
• Prepare functional specifications, support SIT/UAT, and conduct L3 power-user training and walkthroughs.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of SAP PS experience, including at least one end-to-end S/4HANA implementation.
• Prior project experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC, ideally in project-driven manufacturing, EPC, or trading businesses.
• Strong understanding of integration between PS, FI/CO, MM and SD.
• Practical experience using AI/GenAI tools in S/4HANA migration e.g., automated project data mapping, AI-assisted test generation.
• Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology and Clean Core principles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills; bilingual Arabic/English preferred.
• SAP S/4HANA Project Systems certification is a plus.
