Arm in Bengaluru, India is seeking an experienced SAP PP/QM Functional Analyst to design and deliver SAP solutions for end-to-end manufacturing and quality processes. You will collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to implement, enhance, rollout and support SAP S/4HANA in a multi-site environment.

The role requires hands-on configuration, testing, and documentation, plus integration with MM, SD, and EWM/WM.

Competenze

• Minimum one full cycle SAP S/4HANA PP implementation from blueprinting to post go-live.
• Hands-on PP: MRP Live, Demand Management, MTO/MTS, Production order lifecycle, Capacity planning.
• Thorough understanding of PP and QM master data: BOM, Routings, Work Centres, Production Versions, MIC, Inspection plans, batch-managed manufacturing.
• Integration of PP with MM, SD, EWM/WM, and Product Costing.
• Experience with interfaces between SAP and external systems (manufacturing, quality, MES, planning).
• Understanding of Fiori applications related to production planning, manufacturing execution, and quality management.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP/QM Functional Analyst with strong functional and configuration knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes and experience delivering SAP implementation, enhancement, rollout, and support projects.

The role requires close collaboration with the business, functional teams, technical teams, and integration partners to design and deliver scalable SAP solutions supporting end-to-end manufacturing and quality processes.

Required Skills And Experience

• Worked on minimum one full cycle SAP S/4HANA PP implementations, from blueprinting to post-go live.
• Strong hands-on experience in PP process like MRP Live, Demand Management, MTO/MTS process, Production order life cycle, Capacity planning and QM Process like Quality planning, Quality inspection, result recording, defect management.
• Thorough understanding of PP and QM master data BOM, Routings, Work Centres, Production Versions, MIC, Inspection plan and Batch-managed manufacturing processes.
• Integration of PP with MM, SD, EWM/WM, and Product Costing.
• Experience working with interfaces between SAP and external manufacturing, quality, MES, or planning systems.
• Understanding of Fiori applications related to production planning, manufacturing execution, and quality management.

Nice To Have Skills And Experience

• Knowledge of PP/DS or Advanced Planning.
• Knowledge of MES/LIMS integration.
• Good understanding of Product Costing and production-order costing.
• Experienced with development practices such as Waterfall, Agile.
• Experienced working in a global, diverse and multicultural environment.
• Exposure to manufacturing industries such as semiconductor, electronics, automotive, engineering, or high-tech manufacturing!
