Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Senior SAP Fiori Analyst to lead design, development, and support of SAP Fiori applications across a global S/4HANA landscape. You will collaborate with ABAP, Security, and integration teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions.

Qualifications include 12+ years of SAP experience and 7+ years in Fiori, with a degree in IT/CS/Engineering. Travel up to 20% may be required; Bangalore is a hybrid work location.

• Should have >12 years of technical SAP experience and >7 years of relevant Fiori Experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong SAP technical consulting experience with specialization in SAP Fiori/UI5 and S/4HANA.
• Experience delivering multiple S/4HANA implementation, rollout or support engagements.
• Demonstrated ability to work with global business stakeholders, product owners and technical teams.
• SAP certifications in Fiori/UI5, SAP BTP, ABAP Cloud or S/4HANA Development are preferred.
• ITIL, Agile/Scrum, or similar delivery-methodology exposure is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, configuration, deployment and support of SAP Fiori applications.
• Develop and enhance applications using SAPUI5, Fiori Elements, JavaScript, XML Views, MVC, annotations and SAP Fiori design principles.
• Design and consume OData V2/V4 services, CDS Views and backend services supporting Fiori applications.
• Evaluate requirements and determine the appropriate use of standard Fiori apps, Fiori Elements, extensions/adaptations or custom SAPUI5 development.
• Promote reusable design patterns, SAP development standards and S/4HANA clean-core principles.
• Configure and support SAP Fiori Launchpad, including business roles, catalogs, spaces, pages, tiles, target mappings and navigation.
• Support activation, configuration and troubleshooting of standard and custom Fiori applications.
• Partner with Security teams on PFCG roles, Fiori business roles, catalogs and application authorizations.
• Troubleshoot frontend, Gateway, OData, authorization and backend integration issues.
• Work closely with ABAP and functional teams on CDS, OData, RAP, APIs, enhancements and backend integration.
• Support SAP Fiori extensions and applications using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Business Application Studio (BAS).
• Contribute to S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, global rollouts and application modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate across SAP process areas including STP, OTC, RTR, MAKE, PLAN, MTO, EWM, MDG, Finance and Supply Chain.
• Provide L2/L3 support for business-critical SAP Fiori applications.
• Lead root-cause analysis covering UI5, Fiori Launchpad, Gateway/OData, authorization and S/4HANA backend services.
• Perform technical impact analysis and performance optimization.
• Work with SAP product support where required, including analysis and implementation of applicable SAP Notes.
• Participate in incident, problem, change and release-management processes within a global production environment.
• Support FUT, SIT, UAT and regression testing and ensure quality technical documentation and operational handover.
• Conduct solution reviews, technical design reviews and Fiori/UI5 code reviews.
• Mentor junior developers/analysts and drive Fiori technical capability within the GCC organization.
• Coordinate effectively with global stakeholders, implementation partners and external vendors.

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Fiori Analyst / Sr Analyst to lead the design, development, enhancement and support of SAP Fiori solutions across a global SAP S/4HANA landscape.

The role requires strong hands‑on expertise in SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, Fiori Elements, OData, CDS Views, SAP Gateway, Fiori Launchpad and SAP BTP, together with a strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA business processes and system integration.

The candidate will work closely with functional teams, ABAP developers, Security, BASIS, Integration teams, Product Owners and global business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure and user‑centric SAP solutions. The position will also provide technical leadership for Fiori standards, architecture, development quality, production stability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Fiori Development & Solution Design
