Job summary

ZettaMine Labs Pvt Ltd. in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced SAP EWM Consultant to lead end-to-end warehouse solutions and drive configurations across inbound, outbound, and internal processes.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust warehouse solutions, implement best practices, and support integrations with SAP modules. Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on SAP EWM experience with Inbound/Outbound/Internal Warehouse processes
• Deep knowledge of Inbound Logistics incl. Yard Mgt, Unloading, Deconsolidation, Putaway
• Strong experience in Outbound Logistics incl. Picking, Packing, PGI, shipping and exceptions
• Expertise in HU Management, Warehouse Task/Order processing, and inventory control
• Experience configuring and implementing SAP EWM warehouse processes independently
• Solid understanding of Warehouse Master Data, Batch Management and EWM interfaces

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP EWM projects across design, configuration, testing and production support
• Handle end-to-end EWM configurations and business process design
• Manage RCA, incidents and service operations for high-priority issues
• Collaborate with business users, SAP dev and support teams
• Support integration with MM/SD/PP/TM and other SAP modules
• Ensure quality of master data, process mapping and knowledge management

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) with strong expertise in Inbound, Outbound, and Internal Warehouse Processes.
• Deep knowledge of Inbound Logistics including Yard Management, Unloading, Deconsolidation, Putaway, Goods Receipt, and exception handling scenarios.
• Strong experience in Outbound Logistics including Picking, Packing, Loading, Shipping, PGI (Post Goods Issue), and exception management.
• Expertise in Handling Unit (HU) Management, Warehouse Task/Warehouse Order processing, and inventory management.
• Hands-on experience in configuring and implementing SAP EWM warehouse processes independently.
• Strong understanding of Warehouse Master Data Management, including Material Master, Storage Bins, Storage Types, and Business Partners.
• Experience in Batch Management and warehouse inventory control processes.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC/S4HANA and EWM integration, including CIF (Core Interface) setup and troubleshooting.
• Experience with IDoc interfaces, monitoring, integration, and issue resolution.
• Knowledge of all EWM-related interfaces and cross-functional integrations with MM, SD, PP, TM, and other SAP modules.
• Expertise in Labour Management and SAP Screen Personas.
• Ability to gather business requirements, design SAP-driven warehouse solutions, and perform process mapping.
• Experience across the full project lifecycle including Design, Configuration, Development Support, Testing, Deployment, Hypercare, and Production Support.
• Independently manage high-priority incidents, problem management, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), and service operations.
• Collaborate effectively with business users, SAP development teams, and support teams.
• Contribute to process improvements, knowledge management, and SAP EWM practice-building initiatives.
• Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager and other SAP implementation methodologies.
• Ability to manage client expectations, identify risks proactively, and provide mitigation strategies.
