Job summary

Billennium is seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO consultant with deep SAP DRC expertise to lead global e-invoicing compliance and tax reporting projects.

You will design and configure the SAP DRC framework, integrate with eDocument Cockpit and AIF, and work with tax authorities via CPI/API management. Strong ABAP debugging and EU tax rule knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on SAP FI/CO experience.
• 2–3 years specialized SAP DRC experience.
• Experience in full lifecycle global rollouts with e-invoicing mandates.
• Deep knowledge of EU tax rules in large MNCs.
• ABAP debugging skills for tax calculations and interfaces.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Configuration: Configure SAP DRC framework, eDocument Cockpit, AIF, and tax reporting functionalities; map country requirements into SAP capabilities; establish secure SAP-to-government connections.
• Business Analysis & Compliance: Partner with Global Tax and Finance to monitor tax legislations and translate into SAP specs; optimize tax determination and master data.
• Support & Maintenance: Troubleshoot day-to-day errors; apply SAP Notes and regulatory updates to keep the framework current.

Job description

Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO modules.
At least 2–3 years of specialized experience working with SAP DRC (formerly SAP eDocument and Advanced Compliance Reporting – ACR).
Proven experience in at least one full-lifecycle global rollout involving local e-invoicing mandates (e.g., Italy SDI, Poland KSeF, France Chorus Pro, Romania RO e-Factura
Expert knowledge of SAP Indirect Tax (VAT/GST) setup, with deep experience in complex EU tax rules within large MNC environments.
ABAP debugging skills totroubleshoot complex tax calculation and interface issues.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. 1. Solution Design & Configuration
   Configure and maintain the SAP DRC framework, including the eDocument Cockpit, Application Interface Framework (AIF), and statutory reporting functionalities.
   Map legal requirements from various countries into standard SAP DRC capabilities (e.g., CTC mandates, e-way bills, SAF-T, and localized VAT reporting).
   Collaborate with integration teams toestablish secure connections between SAP and tax authority portals via SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI) or API management.
2. 2. Business Analysis & Compliance
   Partner with Global Tax and Finance teams tomonitor changing international tax legislations and translate them into technical SAP specifications.
   Analyze existing financial processes (AP, AR, GL) tooptimize tax determination, pricing procedures, and master data for seamless e-invoice generation.
3. 3. Support & Maintenance
   Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day transaction errors within the eDocument Cockpit and AIF monitors.
   Apply SAP Notes, Support Packages, and regulatory updates (such as legal changes delivered via SAP OSS) tokeep the compliance framework up todate.
