Zusammenfassung

Astek is seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO consultant to lead the SAP DRC implementation across multiple countries, focusing on e-invoicing and VAT/GST setups. You will work with Global Tax and Finance teams to translate evolving regulations into robust SAP specifications and integrate with tax portals.

The role requires 5+ years of SAP FI/CO plus 2–3 years in SAP DRC, ABAP debugging skills, and strong communication. A multi-country rollout background is a plus.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Configure and maintain SAP DRC framework including eDocument Cockpit, AIF, and tax reporting.
• Map country-specific requirements into SAP DRC capabilities (CTC, e-invoices, SAF-T, VAT).
• Collaborate with integration teams to connect SAP with tax portals via SAP BTP CPI or API management.
• Support Global Tax and Finance to translate legislation into SAP specs and optimize tax determination.
• Analyze AP/AR/GL processes to improve e-invoice generation and data consistency.
• Troubleshoot daily eDocument Cockpit/AIF issues and apply SAP Notes and regulatory updates.

Jobbeschreibung

• Configure and maintain the SAP DRC framework, including the eDocument Cockpit, Application Interface Framework (AIF), and statutory reporting functionalities.
• Map legal requirements from various countries into standard SAP DRC capabilities (e.g., CTC mandates, e-way bills, SAF-T, and localized VAT reporting).
• Collaborate with integration teams to establish secure connections between SAP and tax authority portals via SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI) or API management.

2. Business Analysis & Compliance

• Partner with Global Tax and Finance teams to monitor changing international tax legislations and translate them into technical SAP specifications.
• Analyze existing financial processes (AP, AR, GL) to optimize tax determination, pricing procedures, and master data for seamless e-invoice generation.

3. Support & Maintenance

• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day transaction errors within the eDocument Cockpit and AIF monitors.
• Apply SAP Notes, Support Packages, and regulatory updates (such as legal changes delivered via SAP OSS) to keep the compliance framework up to date.

Job Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP FI/CO modules.
• At least 2–3 years of specialized experience working with SAP DRC (formerly SAP eDocument and Advanced Compliance Reporting - ACR).
• Proven experience in at least one full-lifecycle global rollout involving local e-invoicing mandates (e.g., Italy SDI, Poland KSeF, France Chorus Pro, Romania RO e‑Factura
• Expert knowledge of SAP Indirect Tax (VAT/GST) setup, with deep experience in complex EU tax rules within large MNC environments.
• ABAP debugging skills to troubleshoot complex tax calculation and interface issues.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
