Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Data Engineer in India to design, build, and maintain SAP BW/4HANA data models and pipelines. You will develop end-to-end BI solutions, integrate SAP and non-SAP data, and deliver clean datasets for reporting.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions, monitor performance, and optimize data loads and queries in a SAP-driven landscape. Hybrid or remote work options are available across Europe and India.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or BI development.
• 3–5 years of hands-on SAP BW on HANA and SAP Datasphere experience.
• Experience delivering end-to-end BI solutions including data modeling, ETL, and reporting.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of data structures.

About the Role

We are looking for a Data Engineer with experience in SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Datasphere to support the development of data pipelines, data models, and reporting solutions across our business. What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain data models and data pipelines within SAP BW/4HANA
• Develop and support end‑to‑end BI solutions, including data modeling, ETL, and reporting
• Integrate data from SAP and non‑SAP systems, ensuring reliable and scalable data flows
• Support reporting and analytics by delivering clean, structured datasets
• Monitor and optimize performance of data loads, transformations, and queries
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and analytics teams to translate requirements into technical solutions

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or BI development
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience with SAP BW on HANA and SAP Datasphere
• 3–5 years of experience in data warehouse or data infrastructure development
• Experience with SAP data integration techniques (e.g., BDC)
• Experience delivering end‑to‑end BI solutions, including: Data modeling ETL / data pipelines Reporting and analytics
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of data structures
• Experience working with large datasets and performance optimization
• Nice to Have Exposure to reporting tools such as Power BI or Business Objects
• Basic knowledge of ABAP
