Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking an operations support professional in Mumbai to assist day-to-day business operations, maintain SOPs, and prepare dashboards for management review.

The role involves coordinating with Sales, Finance, Logistics, IT, and other teams, supporting process improvements, and handling system-related tasks such as data checks and UAT. Flexible hours are expected, with strong emphasis on organization, communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree preferable in Business, Operations, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business operations or administrative support.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with business systems (e.g., SAP, CRM).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to support flexible hours (shifts).
