About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer – SAP BTP to join our technology team and drive the design, development, integration, and extension of enterprise applications within the SAP ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with SAP BTP, SAP S/4HANA, CDS Views, APIs, RAP/CAP, Business Application Studio (BAS), and SAP Integration Suite/Cloud Integration (CPI). The role requires someone who can work independently on complex development and integration requirements while collaborating effectively with global business and technical teams.

Required Skills & Experience

SAP BTP

• 3–5+ years of hands‑on development experience with SAP BTP.
• Strong understanding of SAP BTP services, application development, extension approaches, and cloud‑based development.
• Experience developing and deploying applications on the SAP BTP platform.

SAP S/4HANA & CDS

• 8–10+ years of overall enterprise application development and integration experience.
• 4+ years of dedicated experience with SAP S/4HANA CDS.
• Strong hands‑on experience designing, developing, and optimizing CDS Views.
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts within SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with CDS performance optimization and complex data models.

API Development

• Proven experience designing and developing custom APIs.
• Hands‑on experience with OData services – V2/V4.
• Experience with REST‑based APIs and API integration.
• Experience with RAP (RESTful Application Programming Model) and/or CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model).
• Understanding of API security, authorization, error handling, and performance considerations.

SAP Business Application Studio

• Expert-level hands‑on experience with SAP Business Application Studio (BAS).
• Experience developing, testing, debugging, and deploying SAP applications using BAS.
• Familiarity with development tools, extensions, and deployment processes within the SAP BTP environment.

SAP Integration Suite / CPI

• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP Integration Suite – Cloud Integration (CPI).
• Experience designing and managing end‑to‑end integration flows (iFlows).
• Experience integrating SAP and non‑SAP systems.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, mappings, adapters, error handling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex integration issues.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
