Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional IT services experience with SAP technologies.
• Deep expertise in SAP MDG, including security configurations and IS-OIL TSW deployments.
• Strong experience in SAP UI5/Fiori development and SAP BTP fundamentals.
• Hands-on with IDOC processing and TIBCO integration patterns in complex environments.
• Proven ability to plan releases, manage retrofitment, and drive change management.

Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Senior SAP ABAP Technology Architect to lead the strategic direction and technical evolution of our enterprise software landscape. This pivotal role is responsible for defining robust technical architectures, overseeing complex solution designs, and ensuring the seamless integration of critical SAP modules. The ideal candidate will drive innovation through the implementation of modern SAP technologies, manage the full lifecycle of development initiatives, and serve as a key technical advisor to stakeholders. This position is essential for maintaining system stability, optimizing performance, and aligning IT capabilities with broader business objectives within the IT Services sector.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design comprehensive technical solutions leveraging SAP ABAP and ABAP Cloud environments to support scalable enterprise applications.
  
• Lead the end-to-end management of WRICEF (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms) development projects, ensuring adherence to strict lifecycle governance standards.
  
• Formulate and execute release planning strategies, including retrofitment activities and change management protocols to minimize disruption during system updates.
  
• Oversee the integration of diverse systems using IDOCs and TIBCO, ensuring data consistency and reliable communication across the enterprise ecosystem.
  
• Provide architectural guidance on SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) with a specific focus on Security protocols and TSW (IS-OIL) implementations.
  
• Drive the adoption of modern user experience standards by integrating SAP UI5/Fiori applications and applying SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) fundamentals.
  
• Establish and enforce best practices for technical architecture, code quality, and performance optimization across all development streams.
  
• Mentor development teams and collaborate with cross-functional groups to translate business requirements into feasible, high-performance technical specifications.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of 8 years of professional experience within the IT Services industry, with a significant portion dedicated to SAP technologies.
  
• Demonstrate deep expertise in SAP MDG, specifically regarding Security configurations and TSW for the Oil and Gas (IS-OIL) domain.
  
• Show proven proficiency in developing and deploying SAP UI5/Fiori applications alongside a solid understanding of SAP BTP fundamentals.
  
• Have extensive hands-on experience with IDOC processing and TIBCO integration patterns within complex enterprise environments.
  
• Exhibit strong capabilities in release planning, retrofitment execution, and structured change management processes.
  
• Maintain advanced mastery of SAP ABAP and ABAP Cloud development methodologies.
  
• Display a robust background in managing the full lifecycle of WRICEF objects and delivering high-quality technical architecture solutions.
