Sopra Steria India Limited is seeking a Salesforce Senior Developer to design, develop and implement customized Salesforce solutions. Lead development efforts, ensure best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality results.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years IT experience with Salesforce, strong Apex and LWC skills, and experience in full lifecycle implementations. Certification in Platform Developer I & II is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft).
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Senior Developer responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will lead development efforts, ensure best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions 10 years of overall IT experience 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development Experience in at least one full lifecycle Salesforce implementation

Total Experience Expected: 08-10 years

Key Responsibility

• Develop scalable solutions on the Salesforce Platform using Apex, LWC, and integrations
• Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance
• Develop custom applications using: Apex Classes, Triggers Lightning Web Components (LWC) Einstein & Agent force
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft)
• Optimize performance and ensure code quality through best practices
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
• Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and admins
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git-based)
• Ensure security, data integrity, and compliance standards

Qualifications

• Engineering or Master in Science (MCA) or Equivalent)
• Certification Required: Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
• Salesforce App Builder
• Copado Certificate (Good to Have)
