The role requires 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, experience in full lifecycle implementations, and Salesforce certifications.

Qualifications

• 10 years of overall IT experience
• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development
• Experience in at least one full lifecycle Salesforce implementation
• Engineering or Master in Science (MCA) or Equivalent)
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce App Builder certifications; Copado certificate a plus

Responsabilités

• Develop scalable solutions on the Salesforce Platform using Apex, LWC, and integrations
• Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft)
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git-based)
• Ensure security, data integrity, and compliance standards
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
• Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and admins

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Senior Developer responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will lead development efforts, ensure best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions

10 years of overall IT experience

7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development

• Experience in at least one full lifecycle Salesforce implementation

Key Responsibility :

• Develop scalable solutions on the Salesforce Platform using Apex, LWC, and integrations
• Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance
• Develop custom applications using:
• Apex Classes, Triggers
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft)
• Optimize performance and ensure code quality through best practicesMentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
• Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and admins
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git-based)
• Ensure security, data integrity, and compliance standards

Total Experience Expected: 08-10 years

Qualifications

Engineering or Master in Science (MCA) or Equivalent)

Certification Required:

Salesforce Platform Developer I & II

Salesforce App Builder

Copado Certificate (Good to Have)
