Preferred Certifications

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP APIs, and middleware.
• Participate in end-to-end development lifecycle including design, development, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Create and maintain custom objects, validation rules, workflows, process builders, and flows.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Manage deployments and release cycles using CI/CD.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Overall 7+ years in IT with a minimum of 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
• At least 3+ years of experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and standard/custom objects.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Flows, Omni‑Channel, and Case Management.
• Experience with Lightning Design System (SLDS) and UI customization.
• Understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and deployment tools (Change Sets, VS Code, Git, or Copado).
