Job summary

Atain is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer + Administrator + Support Engineer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, administration, and production support. You will configure and customize Salesforce, develop scalable solutions using Apex and Lightning technologies, manage user administration, and provide L2/L3 application support.

Collaborate with stakeholders, QA, and technical teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce development and administration experience.
• Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex development.
• Experience in Salesforce configuration and declarative development.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security model.
• Experience working on integrations with third-party applications.
• Hands-on experience in production support and incident management.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Develop custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Build and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflows, approval processes, and Flow automation.
• Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and security settings.
• Provide L2/L3 production support for Salesforce applications.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents within SLA timelines.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
