This role sits within our Salesforce platform expansion across GBS and Finance operations to enable automation, governance, and user-friendly experiences.
About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team and support the growth of our GBS, FinOps, Treasury, Fraud and Finance operations. You will work closely with the Product Owner, Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to assess existing financial processes, identify opportunities for automation and optimisation, and develop robust Salesforce solutions. You will be instrumental in expanding the Salesforce platform across our GBS footprint, creating a more efficient, compliant, and user-friendly environment.
Responsibilities
- System Administration: manage day-to-day operations of Salesforce orgs including user setup, roles, profiles, and permissions; maintain data quality through regular data audits and deduplication; monitor system performance, scheduled jobs, and integrations.
- Configuration & Automation: configure objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and approval processes; design and implement automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules; create reports, dashboards, and analytics for actionable insights.
- Support & Maintenance: serve as the primary contact for Salesforce-related issues, enhancements, and support requests; conduct regular system checks and manage release updates and sandbox refreshes; document system configuration and user procedures.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide scalable solutions; partner with developers and architects to implement enhancements or integrations; provide user training and promote Salesforce adoption across teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4–7 years as a Salesforce Administrator in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud environments.
- Certifications (Preferred): Salesforce Certified Administrator (required); Advanced Administrator or App Builder (preferred).
- Technical Skills: strong understanding of Salesforce data and security models, and automation tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Reports & Dashboards); familiarity with integration basics (email-to-case, web-to-lead, connected apps); experience with user management, territory management, and case management.
- Soft Skills: strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication and documentation skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and work in cross-functional teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Preferred Experience: experience supporting multi-cloud Salesforce environments (Sales + Service + Experience Cloud); knowledge of Flow orchestration, Data Loader, and change sets; exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.
