Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group in Noida, India is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to extend the Salesforce platform across multiple GBS and Finance operations. You will collaborate with product owners, SMEs, and stakeholders to assess processes, automate where possible, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of Salesforce experience, with Admin certification, and strong knowledge of data models, security, and automation tools.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud environments.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator – required; Advanced Administrator or App Builder – preferred.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• System Administration: user setup, roles, profiles, permissions; data quality audits; monitor performance and integrations.
• Configuration & Automation: build objects/fields/page layouts, validation rules, approvals; create reports and dashboards.
• Support & Maintenance: primary contact for Salesforce issues; manage releases and sandbox refreshes; document configurations.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: gather requirements; work with developers/architects; train users and promote adoption.

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team and support the growth of our GBS, FinOps, Treasury, Fraud and Finance operations. In this role, you will work closely with the Product Owner, Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to assess existing financial processes, identify opportunities for automation and optimisation, and develop robust Salesforce solutions. You will be instrumental in expanding the Salesforce platform across our GBS footprint, creating a more efficient, compliant, and user-friendly environment.

Day in the life:

• System Administration
  • Manage day-to-day operations of Salesforce orgs including user setup, roles, profiles, and permissions.
  • Maintain data quality through regular data audits, deduplication, and data management processes.
  • Monitor system performance, scheduled jobs, and integrations.
• Configuration & Automation
  • Configure objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and approval processes.
  • Design and implement automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights for business teams.
• Support & Maintenance
  • Serve as the primary contact for Salesforce-related issues, enhancements, and support requests.
  • Conduct regular system checks and manage release updates and sandbox refreshes.
  • Document system configuration, business processes, and user procedures.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide scalable solutions.
  • Partner with developers and architects to implement enhancements or integrations.
  • Provide user training, create user guides, and promote Salesforce adoption across teams

You’ll be perfect for the role if you have:

• Experience: 4–7 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud environments.
• Certifications (Preferred):
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator – required.
  • Advanced Administrator or App Builder certifications – preferred.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and automation tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Reports & Dashboards).
  • Familiarity with integration basics (email-to-case, web-to-lead, connected apps).
  • Experience with user management, territory management, and case management.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in cross-functional teams.
• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preferred Experience:
  • Experience supporting multi-cloud Salesforce environments (Sales + Service + Experience Cloud).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Flow orchestration, Data Loader, and change sets.
  • Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.
