Job summary

Qloron Technology seeks an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions in Bengaluru, India. You will work with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integration patterns to deliver robust enterprise apps.

You will collaborate with architects, analysts, QA, and stakeholders, implement REST/SOAP integrations, and ensure best practices, security, and CI/CD readiness.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Apex.
• Develop responsive and reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC) using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and the Salesforce Lightning framework.
• Build scalable Trigger Frameworks while ensuring compliance with Salesforce Governor Limits.
• Write and optimize complex SOQL, SOSL, and relationship queries.
• Design and implement REST/SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Work with Named Credentials, OAuth, Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), and Middleware platforms.
• Implement asynchronous processing using Future Methods, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Configure and customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Develop and configure Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Custom Metadata, Custom Settings, and security controls.
• Develop and consume Platform Events to support event-driven architectures.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.
• Participate in release management, deployment planning, and CI/CD activities using DevOps tools.

Good-to-Have Skills
