Job summary

dnA Consulting seeks a seasoned Salesforce Architect to lead delivery and production support across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and enterprise integrations. You will translate business objectives into scalable platform capabilities, guide architecture governance, and mentor teams.

Responsibilities span design of end-to-end solutions, API and data integration (MuleSoft, CDM, TMS, ERP), DevOps with CI/CD, and ensuring governance, performance, and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience across delivery and production support.
• Deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including case management and the customer lifecycle.
• Strong hands-on development with Apex, LWC, Flows, and Platform Events.
• Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II.
• Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, or another integration-heavy, high-volume industry.
• Familiarity with a customer master / MDM platform (e.g., Oracle Fusion CDM) as an upstream source.
• Cloud platform experience (Microsoft Azure preferred).

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate objectives into platform capabilities.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, solution discovery, and impact analysis.
• Advise on process improvements for Customer Service, Sales Operations, Credit, and Billing.
• Provide day-to-day technical guidance for account management, hierarchy maintenance, ownership, and compensation.
• Design enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Produce solution designs, architecture diagrams, process flows, and technical specifications.
• Lead architecture reviews and governance for the platform.
• Design and build with Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
• Deliver Platform Events, REST/SOAP APIs, Custom Objects, Custom Metadata, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes.
• Implement enhancements for account and case management, routing, hierarchies, ownership, and compensation.
• Build reusable, well-tested components and continuously reduce technical debt.
• Integrate with MuleSoft, the customer master (CDM), TMS, billing, order management, and ERP systems.
• Define integration architecture, authentication standards, asynchronous patterns, and error handling.
• Monitor inbound and outbound interfaces and resolve synchronization, automation, and data-processing failures.
• Production support and platform reliability (Managed Services).
• Monitor scheduled jobs, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Platform Events, Flows, and asynchronous processes.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent, preventative solutions.
• Run proactive health checks and safeguard service levels and overall platform performance.
• Data Management, Governance & Reconciliation.
• Reconcile data between Salesforce and integrated systems to ensure consistency and integrity.
• Support migration, bulk updates, duplicate management, cleansing, and validation activities.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions across enterprise applications.
• Release, DevOps & Quality Engineering: SDLC development, unit testing, SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production validation.
• Coordinate releases using DevOps and CI/CD best practices with strong deployment governance.
• Perform code reviews, optimize performance, and ensure compliance with governor limits and standards.
