Overview

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced HORECA Sr. Sales Officer to drive sales of our dairy products (especially ghee) in the Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, and Catering (HORECA) segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG/HORECA sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build lasting business relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify and onboard new HORECA clients (hotels, restaurants, caterers, and cafs).
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts in line with company policies.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and forecasts to the management.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and HORECA industry events.
