About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Sales Manager to lead and expand our Commercial Fit Outs & Managed Services vertical. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B sales, an extensive network within the real estate and corporate infrastructure domain, and a proven track record of closing large, complex deals. This role involves revenue ownership, team leadership, and high-level client engagement with CXOs, property heads, and procurement leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Define and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.
  • Business Development: Identify and cultivate new enterprise clients across sectors including real estate, corporates, co-working, and facility services.
  • Key Account Management: Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring continued client satisfaction and retention.
  • Large Deal Closure: Lead commercial negotiations and close high-value deals, often with multi-location or turnkey project scopes.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior sales team members, providing training, support, and performance feedback.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, execution, and operations teams to ensure service excellence and client success.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, pricing benchmarks, and client needs.
  • Revenue Ownership: Achieve and exceed sales targets, driving consistent business growth and margin optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales within commercial interiors, fit outs, real estate solutions, or facility services.
  • Demonstrated success in closing large contracts and managing long sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong client network and ability to connect at CXO/decision-maker level.
  • Experience using CRM systems and reporting tools for sales tracking and forecasting.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
