Job summary

Qube Space LLP in India is seeking a Senior Sales (Health Insurance) Agency Manager to recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors who promote Health insurance products.

You will guide the team to generate leads, convert them into policy sales, and help achieve business targets, with a focus on field sales in Chittoor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–10 years of field sales experience.
• Graduate degree required (any UG/12+3 years).
• Health insurance sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop insurance advisors for selling Health insurance products.
• Motivate, train, and support advisors to achieve sales targets.
• Generate business through advisors and ensure follow-ups.
• Train advisors and visit customers to convert leads into sales.
