LatentBridge Pvt Ltd in Mumbai seeks a Senior S2P Transformation SME (Techno-Functional) to validate AI-first S2P platform design for a large multi-entity manufacturer.

The role focuses on design assurance, not greenfield work. Role Overview

We arelooking for a senior Source-to-Pay (S2P) transformation expert to support thevalidation of an AI-first S2P platform implementation for a large, multi-entitymanufacturing organisation.

Theindividual will work with business and technology stakeholders to validate theproposed future-state procurement processes, assess the platform design, andensure that the solution reflects real-world procurement requirements acrossdirect and indirect procurement, imports, and complex manufacturing supplychains.

This is a validation and design assurance role, not a greenfield implementation ortraining assignment. The ideal candidate will bring strong procurement domainexpertise and the ability to challenge, validate, and sign off on the proposedoperating model and platform design.

Key Responsibilities

• S2PDesign Validation: Review and validatethe proposed Source-to-Pay process design, workflows, business rules, andplatform configuration against business requirements.
  
• ProcurementExpertise: Assess direct and indirect procurementprocesses, including raw material sourcing, imports, supplier management,purchasing, and procurement operations in a manufacturing environment.
  
• OperatingModel Assessment: Validate the proposeddivision of responsibilities between the business and Global BusinessServices (GBS), identifying activities that should remain business-ownedversus those suitable for centralisation or outsourcing.
