Job summary

New Vision Softcom & Consultancy Pvt. Ltd in Pune is seeking an experienced RPA professional to lead and deliver UiPath-based automation solutions.

The role requires hands-on UiPath development, REFramework, and collaboration with analysts and operations teams across the automation lifecycle. You will translate business requirements into scalable automation, develop PDDs and user stories, and provide production support during deployment and rollout phases.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum of 6 years hands-on UiPath development.
• Strong experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Action Center, UiPath Apps and Modern Activities.
• Proficient in REFramework and enterprise-grade automation design.
• Experience in API automation, document understanding, and database automation is preferred.
• Good programming/scripting knowledge in C#, .NET, VB/VBScript, and Java.
• Experience with UiPath Orchestrator deployment, scheduling, monitoring, queues, assets, and automation management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable RPA solutions and produce PDDs, User Stories, To-Be/As-Is docs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RPA solutions using UiPath across enterprise processes.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, developers and Operations teams throughout the automation lifecycle.
• Lead requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing and UAT activities.
• Provide production support and troubleshooting for deployed automations.
• Ensure coding standards, exception handling and reusable component development.

Experience

• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, andUAT activities.
• Support customers duringUAT, deployment, and rollout phases and coordinate with Operations teams for production deployment.
• Provideproduction support and troubleshooting for deployed automations as required.
• Follow RPA development standards, coding best practices, exception handling, logging, and reusable component development.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Demonstrate stronganalytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in mentoring junior developers and providing technical guidance.
• UiPath certifications are an added advantage.
