EY in Hyderabad seeks a Consultant for National-Business Consulting Risk CNS focusing on Governance & Contract Management solutions. You will translate client needs into CLM deployments, conduct pilots, and guide documentation and IP development with cross-functional teams.

You will engage with senior stakeholders, analyze contracts data, and tailor processes for diverse industries. Strong communication, analytical skills, and experience with CLM tools are essential for success.

Qualifications

• MBAs with business focus and CLM exposure are preferred.
• Experience with contracts, outsourcing, and BPO domains.
• Ability to analyse contract, financial and performance data.

Responsibilities

• Understand Governance Services & Contract Management capabilities and solutions.
• Provide technical, business consulting and product expertise to customers enabling comprehensive solution to be delivered.
• Facilitate technical discussions and white boarding for project and technical solutions from one to many CLM applications.
• Determine the scope of the implementation and the resources required to successfully complete the work.
• Identify use cases, roles and other business requirements for each project.
• Produce and manage client-facing documentation.
• Conduct implementation pilots and help customer envision final solution.
• Train new clients on the essentials of systems to get them started on implementations.
• Identify areas for process improvement within the organization and make recommendations to Management.
• Produce technical proposals.
• Demonstrate industry expertise across governance and contract management fields.
• Establish client relationships with functional heads and internal teams.
• Engage with client stakeholders and senior leadership through written and verbal communication.
• Develop working relationships with client process owners and heads.
• Help develop IP and methodologies for Governance Services & Contract Management capabilities.

• Understand Governance Services & Contract Management Services capabilities and solutions
• Provide technical, business consulting and product expertise to customers enabling comprehensive solution to be delivered

Skills and abilities

• Strong ability & inclination to work on simple to complex documents with focus to achieve high degree of quality and accuracy.
• Ideal candidates would have a strong background in software development and Software-as-a-Service systems
• Proven ability to understand complex domain problems and create proof of concept (PoC) rapidly.
• Must have experience working with Enterprise Customer contacts
• Experience in CLM products and Support tools like Icertis, Agiloft, GEP/ Conga would be good to have
• Knowledge of contracts and outsourcing industry including ITO, ADM / AMS, ITES, EUC, Software development & BPO would be good to have
• Ability to understand and analyse contract / financial / performance data
• Excellent inter-personal skills with an ability to work in a culturally diverse environment and teams
• Process oriented Ability to learn & understand new processes and contribute in various disciplines of Governance Services & Contract Management Services.
• Well conversant with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and usage of Internet.
• Communication Skills Ability to interact comfortably on telephone, conference calls and through emails with Client Personnel, Client Service Providers and any Onsite team.
• Effective Time management Ability to meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with limited supervision / guidance.
• Flexible on timings and willingness to work in an unstructured environment.
