Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of SAP.
• Experience with SAP S4/HANA and system implementation.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Management, Sales, Operations, IT, Legal, Finance to evaluate and launch new products with proper revenue recognition.
• Write detailed functional specifications translating business requirements into design and oversee development of the solution.
• Design, test, and execute SAP-based NPI project accounting.
• Work with SAP Transformational Programs using SAP ERP Finance tools such as S/4HANA.
• Understand order-to-cash cycle to maximize Company’s revenue outlook.
• Manage multiple UAT and post-launch validations for NPI products and services.
• Drive cross-functional communication within Finance and represent in meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business organizations (Product Management, Sales, Operations, IT, Legal, Support, Finance, etc.) to evaluate and launch new products and programs, ensuring proper revenue recognition and system implementation
• Write detail Functional Specifications to translate the business requirements into functional design and oversee the development of the proposed solution
• Design, test, and execute system implementation to properly account for NPI projects under SAP
• Work with the project team that is delivering enterprise-wide SAP Transformational Programs using SAP ERP Finance tools such as S/4HANA
• Comprehend the order to cash cycle of products and services with the ability to give constructive recommendations that maximized the Company’s revenue outlook
• Manage multiple User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-launch validations to ensure seamless system implementation of NPI products and services
• Manage project updates and internal communication within the Finance organization and represent in cross-functional meetings
• Drive improvement, efficiency, and effectiveness into all NPI activities and deliverables
• Research, evaluate, and prepare technical accounting memos for NPI projects
• Assist with other special projects, as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or a related discipline
• Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience or Master’s degree with 3 years of experience in revenue accounting and operation in the technology industry
• Excellent knowledge of SAP
• Experience working with SAP S4/HANA
• Prior experience in system implementation and genera
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and execute in a fast-paced environment with attention to details
• Motivated self-starter who takes initiative
• Team player and effective communicator with all levels of management and cross-functional organizations

Preferred Qualifications

• Big 4 and relevant industry experience
