Position Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Critical Care Physician to join our intensive care unit (ICU) at Moolchand Hospital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing critically ill patients and leading multidisciplinary care teams in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert care for ICU patients, including those with respiratory failure, sepsis, multi-organ dysfunction, and post-operative complications.
  • Perform and oversee critical procedures (intubation, central lines, ventilator management, etc.).
  • Lead daily ICU rounds, ensure coordination with consultants, and communicate regularly with patient families.
  • Maintain up-to-date medical records and support compliance with hospital protocols.
  • Contribute to teaching and training programs for resident doctors and nursing staff.
Required Qualifications
  • MBBS with MD/DNB in Internal Medicine or Anaesthesia with minimum 2 years of experience.
  • DM/DNB in Critical Care Medicine or Fellowship in Critical Care.
  • Valid medical registration (MCI/DCI).
  • 25 years of experience in an ICU
