Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with 1.5–3 years of experience in secondary research, market intelligence, or related field.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance research, streamline workflows, and support data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
• Strong understanding of business models across industries and market dynamics.
• Excellent analytical and creative thinking skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience with CRM platforms or data analytics tools.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage research projects end-to-end, ensuring accurate, high-quality delivery within tight timelines.
• Develop efficient research strategies by analyzing investment materials, identifying key themes, and translating them into focused research questions.
• Leverage AI systems, databases, and secondary research methods to identify relevant industry advisors, competitors, and market insights.
• Optimize research workflows through automation, improved processes, and AI-enabled tools to enhance speed and quality.
• Synthesize information from multiple sources into structured deliverables, including competitive landscapes and industry primers.
• Collaborate with global teams to align on project requirements, priorities, and expected outcomes.
• Use CRM dashboards and performance metrics to monitor research quality, track progress, and guide delivery decisions.
• Contribute to initiatives focused on research excellence, innovation, AI-enabled delivery, and process improvement.
