Job summary

• Wet analysis experience.
• Coordinate with QA on method transfer and investigations.
• Handle HPLC, GC, Potentiometer and Polarimeter instruments.
• API stability knowledge.
• Aware of GLP practices and 21 CFR part-11.
• Maintain laboratory journals and instrument logs.
• Ensure hazardous waste and chemical management compliance.
• Observe unsafe acts and take corrective/preventive actions.

Responsibilities

• Analytical testing supports to PDG synthetic group.
• Coordinate with QA regarding method transfer, CCF and investigation reports.
• Experience of handling HPLC, GC, Potentiometer, Polarimeter instruments.
• API Stability knowledge.
• GLP practices and 21 CFR part-11 awareness.
• Keep the work area clean and laboratory temperature controlled.
• Calibrate instruments per master schedule and follow GLP/SOPs.
• Understand safety and environmental aspects.
• Maintain reagents and standardize volumetric solutions as scheduled.
• Maintain laboratory journals and instrument log books online.
• Ensure compliance to hazardous waste and chemical management.
• Observe unsafe acts and take corrective & preventive actions immediately.
