Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a Senior Research Associate to support method development and validations with wet analysis expertise. The role involves operating HPLC and GC, coordinating with QA for method transfers, CCFs, and investigations, and maintaining lab records under GLP guidelines.

Experience with HPLC, GC, Potentiometer and Polarimeter instruments is required, along with strong adherence to GLP and environmental safety procedures.

Qualifications

• MSc or equivalent with hands-on wet analysis experience.
• Knowledge of GLP practices and 21 CFR part-11 is essential.
• Experience in method development and validations.

Responsibilities

• Analytical testing support to PDG synthetic group.
• Coordinate with QA on method transfer, CCF and investigation reports.
• Operate HPLC, GC, Potentiometer and Polarimeter instruments.
• Maintain laboratory journals and instrument logs; ensure clean, compliant workspace.
• Ensure safe handling of hazardous waste and chemicals.

• Analytical testing supports to PDG synthetic group.
• Coordinate with QA regarding method transfer, CCF and investigation reports.
• Experience of handling of HPLC, GC, Potentiometer, Polarimeter instruments.
• API Stability knowledge.
• Should aware about GLP practices and 21 CFR part-11.
• Keep the work area clean and the laboratory under controlled temperature.
• Calibrate the instruments according to the master calibration schedule and follow GLP and SOPs.
• Understand the safety and environmental aspect.
• Maintain the reagents and standardize the volumetric solutions as per schedule.
• Maintain the laboratory journals and instrument log books online.
• Ensure compliance to Hazardous waste and chemical management.
• Observe unsafe acts and conditions and take corrective & preventive Actions immediately.
