Qualifications

• Method development and validations experience.
• Operating HPLC & GC instruments with Empower.
• Wet analysis experience.
• API stability knowledge and GLP practices.
• Awareness of 21 CFR part-11 and controlled environments.
• Maintain lab journals and instrument logs.
• Understand safety and environmental aspects.

Responsibilities

• Analytical testing supports to PDG synthetic group.
• Coordinate with QA regarding method transfer, CCF and investigation reports.
• Operate HPLC, GC, Potentiometer and Polarimeter instruments.
• Calibrate instruments according to master schedule and SOPs.
• Maintain reagents and standardize volumetric solutions.
• Keep laboratory journals and instrument log books online.
• Ensure hazardous waste and chemical management compliance.
• Observe unsafe acts and take preventive actions.
