• Develop HPLC analytical methods for new molecules.
• Perform routine HPLC analysis for raw material, intermediate, in‑process, and final API as per specifications and standard test procedures.
• Review calibration of HPLC system.
• Maintain and observe GLP in the working environment.
• Preparation of analytical data and submission for review.
• Develop new HPLC methods for all stages of new molecules and modify existing methods as per regulatory requirements, verifying the new method.
• Troubleshoot day‑to‑day analysis and discuss with R&D staff of respective projects.
• Prepare MOA of HPLC analytical method.
• Review STP of all stages of current R&D projects and modified old projects as per requirement.
