Job summary

Ipca in Vadodara is hiring an analytical specialist to follow Good Documentation Practices and Good Laboratory Practices, and to encourage subordinates to maintain the same quality and compliance across all activities.

You will operate, maintain, and calibrate instruments (HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, TLC, auto titrator), plan and execute method validations, verifications, and transfers for API products, author and archive validation data, and investigate analytical deviations while upholding strict safety

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices and GLP.
• Experience with analytical method validations and transfers.
• Ability to document and archive validation data.

Responsibilities

• Follow Good Documentation Practices and GLP.
• Operate, maintain and calibrate instruments (HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, TLC, auto titrator).
• Plan and execute method validations, verifications and transfers for API products.
• Author, review and archive data sheets, validation protocols and summary reports.
• Initiate investigations for analytical deviations, OOS and OOT results.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace by following lab safety guidelines.

Role & responsibilities

• To Follow Good documentation practices and good laboratory practices and encourage subordinate to maintain the same.
• Operate, maintain, and calibrate analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, TLC, and auto titrator.
• Plan and execute complete method validations, method verifications, and method transfers for various API products.
• Author, review, and archive raw data sheets, analytical validation protocols, and validation summary reports (MVR).
• Initiate, document, and support investigations for analytical deviations, Out of Specification (OOS), and Out of Trend (OOT) results.
• Maintain a clean, accident-free workspace by rigorously following laboratory safety protocols and chemical handling guidelines. [1]
