Job summary

Siemens in Pune seeks a Senior Requirements Engineer to shape and govern requirements across the rail domain. You will collaborate with Agile teams, Product Owners and Product Managers to refine processes and ensure alignment with technical specifications.

Use IBM DOORS and Polarion, bring 5+ years in requirements engineering and 2–3 years in rail, and demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities required.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop requirements engineering processes and practices.
• Bridge the gap between requirements management and Agile teams, Product Owners, and Product Managers.

We Are Looking For a Senior Requirements Engineer

• Refine requirements to ensure they meet technical specifications.
• Required Skills
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Rail domain.
• 5+ years’ experience in requirements engineering and development.
• Strong experience in requirements management tools such as Polarian.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience.
• Experience with requirements management tools like Doors.
