Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd in India seeks an experienced relationship manager to develop and expand High Net Worth liabilities by sourcing category and maintaining strong client ties.

You will source new clients through various channels, ensure excellent service, cross-sell bank products, and coordinate with group companies to provide seamless access to products, while maintaining complete relationship records.

Qualifications

• Managing and expanding relationships with high net worth customers.
• Generating MIS reports and insights.
• Experience or certification in AMFI/IRDA is preferred.

Role:

• Develops new and expands existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities by sourcing category – A priority customers
• Sources new bank customers through external individual efforts and acquisition channel
• Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy
• Cross sells bank products to existing set of Customers
• Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship
• Plans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients
• Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products
• Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts
