The role involves sourcing new bank customers, cross-selling products, and ensuring policy adherence while delivering superior customer service. You will maintain complete relationship records and coordinate with internal teams to offer seamless access to Kotak Group products.

Qualifications

• Developing and maintaining relationships with a select group of high net worth customers through individualized service.
• MIS generation and reporting.
• Graduate or Post Graduate with 4+ years of experience; AMFI / IRDA certifications.

Responsibilities

• Develops new and expands existing high net worth customer relationships by sourcing priority clients.
• Sources new bank customers through external efforts and acquisition channels.
• Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and adherence to bank policy.
• Cross-sells bank products to existing customers.
• Informs customers of new products or enhancements to grow banking relationships.
• Plans and conducts sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients.

About The Role

Role:

• Develops new and expands existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities by sourcing category A priority customers
• Sources new bank customers through external individual efforts and acquisition channel
• Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy
• Cross sells bank products to existing set of Customers
• Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship
• Plans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients
• Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products
• Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts
