Job summary

Bajaj Capital currently seeks a Relationship Manager/Sr. Relationship Manager to cover North Delhi/NCR. The role focuses on client acquisition, HNI client handling, relationship management and AUM growth, with a product suite including mutual funds, insurance, corporate FDs, PMS and AIF.

Graduation is mandatory in any field. The ideal candidate will conduct daily sales calls, develop tailored solutions, follow up with leads, expand the client base, review portfolios and help clients achieve

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience (up to 12 years) in relationship management or sales.
• Graduation in any field is mandatory.
• Focussed on client acquisition, HNI handling, and AUM growth.
• Familiarity with mutual funds, insurance, PMS/AIF is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily sales calling with prospective new clients and identify their needs.
• Provide and develop solutions and suggest schemes to clients basis their requirements and goals.
• Conduct timely and regular follow ups with the leads and tag them on broadcasts and new articles.
• Increase client database by meeting new clients and taking references from the existing ones and hence build AUM and AUA for the branch.
• Review and diversify existing client portfolio on a regular basis and provide guidance accordingly.
• Achieve financial goals of the clients through various product lines.

-The role focuses on Client Acquisition,HNI Client Handling , Relationship Management, AUM Growth and Portfolio Management.

-The product suite includes Mutual Funds, Insurance, Corporate FDs , PMS , AIF, etc.

-It's B2C Segment and Direct Channel.

- Graduation is mandatory in any field.
