Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of UX design experience.

• Strong portfolio across a diverse range of UX projects.
• Experience in a consultancy or agency environment preferred.

• Proficiency with common UX design tools and software.
• Familiarity with UX research and its integration into design.

• Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique challenges and needs, and providing strategic UX guidance and solutions.
• Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of UX designers, fostering their professional growth and skill development.
• Project Oversight: Lead UX design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring that designs align with client objectives, user needs, and industry best practices.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with global and regional leadership to develop UX design strategies that align with business goals and drive growth within the Indian market.

Key Capabilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
