Ampere is a semiconductor design company for a new era, leading the future of computing with high-performance, energy-efficient AI compute. We seek a Senior Recruiter to manage staffing for entries to leadership, build strategic pipelines, and drive programs that attract and retain top talent.

You will mentor managers on hiring processes, partner with HR across the business, strengthen Ampere's employment brand, and ensure a high-touch candidate experience while navigating matrixed organizations

Qualifications

• 7+ years in corporate talent acquisition
• Experience driving hiring programs from entry-level to senior leadership
• Semiconductor and Hardware Engineering industry experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Expertise in sourcing candidates through online networks, targeted campaigns, and referrals
• Ability to navigate matrixed organizations and influence HR partners and decision-makers
• Proven end-to-end candidate management and high-urgency recruitment style

About the Role:

At Ampere, our Talent Acquisition team is passionate about sharing the Ampere story and connecting exceptional talent with opportunities to make a significant impact. In the role of Senior Recruiter, you will play a key part in shaping the company's future by overseeing vital talent pipelines, crafting effective recruiting strategies, and driving programs that attract and retain top-tier professionals.

What You'll Achieve:

• Tactically manage the staffing process for individual openings, ensuring a high-touch candidate experience for positions ranging from entry-level to senior roles
• Develop strategic talent pipelines to meet future workforce needs, enabling Ampere business groups to access the right talent when required
• Create and implement talent solutions that enhance the capabilities of the Talent Acquisition team to better serve customer needs
• Support efforts to increase awareness of Ampere's employment brand through continuous and proactive initiatives
• Serve as a resource for training and mentoring managers on Ampere's hiring processes

About You:

• Bachelors or Masters degree with 7 years of experience in corporate talent acquisition, managing hiring programs from entry-level to senior leadership roles
• Experience in the Semiconductor and Hardware Engineering industries highly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Expertise in sourcing candidates through online social and professional networks, targeted campaigns, strategic networking, employee referral programs, diversity outreach, and other innovative recruitment methods
• Proven ability to navigate matrixed organizations by building strong relationships and influencing HR partners, decision-makers, and employees
• Demonstrates a high level of urgency and integrity in all recruitment activities
• Skilled in end-to-end candidate management throughout the recruitment lifecycle
