We are looking for an experienced Senior React Engineer with strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript, React plugins, and reusable component development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable, high-performance frontend applications and be comfortable working with modern frontend development tools and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain React plugins, reusable components, and UI applications.
• Build responsive, scalable, and high-performance frontend solutions using React.js.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, product teams, and other stakeholders.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Translate business and UI/UX requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Implement state management using Redux, Flux, or similar frameworks.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and implement secure authentication/authorization mechanisms.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and identify opportunities for performance improvements.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing and technical improvements.
• Stay current with modern React and frontend development practices.

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development with React.js.
