Job summary

Ideeo Software Solutions in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Lead Frontend Engineer to guide a team of React.js developers in building scalable, high-performance web applications.

You will architect frontend solutions, set coding standards, develop reusable UI components, and collaborate with UX, backend, and product teams to deliver polished interfaces leveraging Redux or Context API, REST APIs, and modern toolchains.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in React.js.
• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and browser compatibility.
• Experience with REST APIs and JSON.
• Experience with Git and version control systems.
• Familiarity with build tools such as Webpack, Vite, npm/yarn.
• Experience with unit/integration testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of React JS developers and provide technical guidance.
• Design and develop scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications using React.js.
• Define and implement frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
• Develop reusable UI components and maintain scalable component libraries.
• Work with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 and modern frontend frameworks/libraries.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, Business Analysts, and project managers.
• Translate business and UI/UX requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services.
• Review code, identify technical issues, and ensure adherence to coding and quality standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Implement appropriate state-management solutions such as Redux, Context API, or other relevant libraries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and production issues.
• Participate in technical discussions, solution design, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Support deployment, release activities, and continuous improvement of frontend applications.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

• 812 years of overall experience in software development, with strong hands-on experience in React.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of React.js, React Hooks, component lifecycle, and reusable components.
• Experience with Redux or other state-management frameworks.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and browser compatibility.
• Experience working with REST APIs and JSON.
• Good understanding of frontend application architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with Git and version control systems.
• Familiarity with build tools such as Webpack, Vite, npm/yarn, etc.
