Job summary

Persistent is seeking a Senior React Developer to join our Pune team. You will build BI360 dashboards, analytics interfaces, and data visualization portals, while delivering reusable UI components and robust frontend architecture.

You will collaborate with product, UX, and backend teams, implementing RBAC and SSO via JOSSO, optimizing performance, and ensuring accessibility. This role follows Agile practices and emphasizes technical leadership.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of frontend application development experience.
• Proven experience building BI360 dashboards, analytics dashboards, and data visualization applications.
• Extensive experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs and microservices.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, component-based design, and responsive UI development.
• Experience implementing authentication, authorization, Single Sign-On (SSO), JOSSO, and RBAC frameworks.
• Knowledge of multi-tenant application architecture and user access management.
• Experience with Linux User & Group Management concepts and administration.
• Experience troubleshooting performance, security, and usability issues.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle, version control, testing, and deployment practices.
• Ability to mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
• Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to frontend development standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex frontend, integration, and authentication-related issues.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, design discussions, and Agile development activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies, frameworks, and dashboarding trends.
