IIO Technologies Pvt Ltd in Gurugram, Haryana, is seeking an experienced Senior RF Engineer to design, develop, integrate, and test advanced RF systems for defence and electronic warfare applications, including counter-UAS capabilities.

You will lead RF circuit design, front-end architecture, SDR solutions, and GNU Radio-based signal processing, coordinating with hardware, FPGA, and software teams to ensure reliability and compliance with defence specifications.

• Design and develop RF circuits, subsystems, and communication systems.
• Work on RF front-end design, transmitters, receivers, amplifiers, filters, mixers, and antennas.
• Handle RF system architecture, link budget analysis, and frequency planning.
• Develop and implement SDR-based RF solutions.
• Work with GNU Radio for signal processing, waveform development, and SDR-based applications.
• Perform RF measurement, testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Work on Electronic Warfare (EW), radar, signal detection, and counter-UAS systems.
• Conduct RF measurements using spectrum analysers, network analysers, signal generators, and oscilloscopes.
• Coordinate with hardware, FPGA, embedded software, and system integration teams.
• Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and guide junior engineers.
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and compliance with defence specifications.

About the Role
