The Opportunity

We are looking for a full-stack developer to join our Energy / Commodity Trade and Risk Management solution team. In this role, you will design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise‑scale applications used for complex financial calculations, real‑time market data processing, and structured trading workflows. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of full‑stack software development experience and is comfortable working across frontend interfaces, backend services, APIs, business logic, SQL Server databases, automated testing, code reviews, and production issue resolution.

• Design, develop, and enhance features for enterprise business applications.
• Build clean, maintainable, and efficient code following established engineering standards.
• Develop and support frontend interfaces, backend services, APIs, and database components.
• Work with Microsoft SQL Server to ensure data integrity, reliable access, and performance.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, DevOps, and product stakeholders to deliver reliable features.
• Analyze and resolve issues across environments, including production support when required.
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and compliance with applicable internal and external procedures.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent, with 7+ years of relevant software development experience.
• Hands‑on experience with C#, .NET, PHP, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs, web services, third‑party integrations, and business logic for enterprise applications.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including queries, joins, indexing, performance considerations, and data integrity.
• Understanding of object‑oriented programming, design principles, application architecture, and structured workflows.
• Mandatory experience with Git‑based version control and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to unit testing frameworks such as xUnit or PHPUnit.
• Strong problem‑solving, debugging, communication, and ownership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
