Senior Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Develop detailed cost estimates and budgets for civil projects.
• BOQ & Tender Documentation: Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and tender documents.
• Contract Administration: Oversee contract negotiations, claims, and variations in line with FIDIC and other contractual frameworks.
• Project Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, track cost variances, and provide financial reports.
• Procurement & Vendor Management: Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Site Visits & Valuations: Conduct site inspections, verify work progress, and process payment applications.
• Dispute Resolution: Handle contractual disputes and claims to mitigate financial risks.
• Risk Assessment & Value Engineering: Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining project quality.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior QS professionals within the organization.
