Circuit Systems (India) Limited / PCB Power is seeking a Senior QC Engineer for Final Quality Control in Gandhinagar. You will lead the last line of defense, ensuring PCB quality before dispatch, enforcing IPC standards, and driving defect analysis with a focus on zero-defect delivery.

The role requires hands-on inspection leadership, SOP ownership, and collaboration with production, QA, and customer service teams. ERP proficiency and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in PCB manufacturing QA/FQC.
• Strong command of IPC standards and test methods.
• Experience with AOI, flying probe, X-ray, and manual inspection.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and QA documentation.

Responsibilities

• Final Inspection & Dispatch Readiness: Oversee visual, dimensional, and electrical testing of PCBs; approve QA certificates and dispatch clearance; ensure IPC-A-600, IPC-6012, and customer specs compliance.
• Process Control & Documentation: Own SOPs for final inspection, packaging, and QA reporting; maintain traceable inspection logs and CAPA records; drive continuous improvement in FQC workflows.
• Team Leadership & Training: Supervise FQC inspectors and shift leads; conduct skill matrix reviews and SOP refreshers; promote ownership and accountability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with production, QA, and customer service for feedback closure; support internal audits and customer visits; benchmark inspection tools and methods.

Key Responsibilities

Final Inspection & Dispatch Readiness

• Oversee visual, dimensional, and electrical testing of PCBs
