Senior Quality Assurance Manager | EMS / Electronics

We are looking for a Senior Quality Manager to build, sustain, and continuously improve our Quality Management System across the organization. The role will drive compliance with global quality standards, strengthen audit readiness, and embed a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System in line with IATF 16949, AS 9100, ISO 13485 and ISO 9001
• Ensure end-to-end quality compliance across processes, products, and customer requirements
• Lead internal and external audits, including closure and verification of all non-conformities
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and quality KPIs aligned with business goals
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Quality team to deliver high performance
• Partner with cross-functional teams, customers, suppliers, and certification bodies
• Support new business initiatives with QMS readiness, risk assessments, and quality planning
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong experience in Quality leadership within manufacturing / EMS / automotive / aerospace / medical devices environments
• Deep working knowledge of IATF 16949, AS 9100, ISO 13485, and ISO 9001
• Hands-on experience managing audits, certifications, and customer quality requirements
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive change, and embed continuous improvement
• Engineering degree preferred; Lean / Six Sigma experience is a plus
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
