Job summary

Talent Toppers is hiring a QA Automation Lead to drive test strategies and build robust automated frameworks for our Gurugram/Noida locations. You will mentor a team of QA engineers, collaborate with DevOps and product teams, and ensure high-quality releases for complex software systems.

The role requires 6–16 years of automation testing experience, strong Java REST Assured and Selenium skills, and a solid understanding of Agile/Scrum. Prior experience with CI/CD and cloud platforms is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6-16 years of experience in software automation testing, with strong experience in Rest Assured with Java.
• Expertise in automation tools such as Selenium (Java), or similar.
• Strong knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java preferable).
• Experience with API testing tools (preferable: REST Assured), postman, ReadyAPI etc.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent certification (preferred).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) (preferred).
