Job summary

QAD is seeking a SrQA Engineer to support Champion Assist and its AI/ML capabilities. The role designs, executes and maintains end-to-end test scenarios, exploratory tests, automated regression suites and AI evaluations to validate functional behavior and user experience.

The QA Engineer will identify and analyze issues, validate fixes, and strengthen test coverage; work with global teams to ensure quality as products evolve in a virtual-first environment with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or related.
• 3-5 years of testing experience, web testing is a plus.
• Knowledge of automation testing tools and QA methodologies.
• Programming experience is a plus.
• Experience with automated testing tools (Selenium, TestComplete, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Run and maintain end-to-end business scenarios and regression tests (particularly for Champion Assist with ~20 agents evolving continuously).
• Validate agent responses for correctness, relevance, and consistency, not only technical functionality.
• Identify cross-agent, integration, and edge-case issues.
• Feed findings back into Engineering and continuously enrich the automated eval/regression suites.
• Re-test fixes and validate the overall user experience as the products evolve.

The QA Engineer will identify and analyze issues, validate fixes, and continuously strengthen test and evaluation coverage as the product evolves.

Responsibilities:

• Run and maintain end-to-end business scenarios and regression tests (particularly for Champion Assist with ~20 agents evolving continuously).

• Other knowledge: Good communication / documentation skills, Able to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to product changes, Experience in working with global teams preferred, multiple products, multiple release environments desirable
